1a Zukunft has developed a time-tested, three-stage career package just for you.

1 Status quo

At the first meeting, we'll make a list of all the relevant milestones in your professional training and career development. It's up to you if and how much you would like to share about your personal life. An assessment of the status quo and realistic ideas of how to change it will be weighed against an initial stocktaking of your personal potential and the concrete opportunities at hand.

2 Vision - goals - planning

The next session will involve an intensive look at (new) concepts and the specific career development goals inherent to them. We will search for constructive and sensible ideas while taking into account the complex situation in your life. The time and content planning of short, medium and long-term steps is always focused on what can realistically be accomplished. "Blind spots" in terms of communication style, behavioral idiosyncrasies and image issues will be (self-)critically examined in a confidential atmosphere and alternatives sought which suit your personality. This will give you the courage and confidence to succeed in what you do.

3 Realization

The next meeting is to evaluate your efforts at change so far. Your plans will once again be analyzed and, if needed, modified or elaborated. New experiences and honest feedback will strengthen your inner and outer approach, allowing you to show (more) poise and composure in difficult and challenging situations.

What does 1a career coaching cost?

Scope:

Preliminary discussion in person, by phone or e-mail to set down the aims and conditions
Sessions:         3 x 2 full hours
Dates:            by arrangement
Time frame:    maximum 1 year
Location:        1a Zukunft in Bonn or by arrangement
                    (additional fee for outside office visits, by prior arrangement)
Costs:            1,350.00 EUR incl. VAT

You are always welcome to schedule additional coaching sessions once you've completed the standard program. We also offer the option of additional coaching by phone.

Individually booked follow-up sessions after completion of the three-stage package:

Individual session:  2 hours
Date:                   by arrangement
Location:              1a Zukunft in Bonn or by arrangement
                          (additional fee for outside office visits, by prior arrangement)
Costs:                  200.00 EUR per hour incl. VAT

Telephone coaching after completion of the three-stage package: per full hour:
